Welcome to AMERCO Cabinetry. By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Products
AMERCO Cabinetry supplies kitchen cabinets, countertops, SPC floorings, and related home improvement materials.
Product photos and descriptions are for reference only. Due to natural wood characteristics and manufacturing variations, color, finish, grain pattern, and texture may vary slightly from samples or images.
All products are subject to availability.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
Prices do not include sales tax, shipping, delivery, or installation fees unless clearly stated.
AMERCO Cabinetry reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors.
3. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.
Once an order is confirmed, customers will receive an order confirmation.
4. Payment
Full payment is required before orders are processed or shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to product availability, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect all products upon delivery.
Any damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of cabinetry products:
- Custom or special-order items are non-returnable
- Stock items may be returned within three days if unused and in original packaging
- 20 % Restocking fees may apply
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
8. Storage & Job Site Responsibility
Once products are delivered or picked up, customers are responsible for proper storage and protection of materials.
Cabinetry and wood products must be stored in dry, climate-controlled environments.
AMERCO Cabinetry is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, moisture, construction conditions, or jobsite handling.
9. Installation Responsibility
AMERCO Cabinetry supplies materials only unless installation services are specifically contracted.
Improper installation may result in product damage and may void manufacturer warranties. Professional installation is recommended.
10. Warranty
Products may include manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse
- Jobsite damage
- 3rd party shipping, handling, and delivery
- Environmental conditions
11. Limitation of Liability
AMERCO Cabinetry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
12. Changes to Terms
AMERCO Cabinetry reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

Returns & Refunds
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return policy before placing an order.
Eligible Returns
Stock items may be returned if they meet the following conditions:
- Return requested within 14 days of delivery
- Product is unused and uninstalled
- Product is returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or special-order products
- Assembled cabinets
- Installed or used products
- Clearance or final sale items
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costsunless the return is due to our error.
Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
